7. Booking Terms
By completing the booking form and signing your acceptance, you agree that you accept all Terms herein and that this is a directive to perform services on your behalf.
7.2 Deposit and final payment
To confirm the booking, you will be asked to send us a deposit of $250 per person per tour for each tour within the next 14 days from the booking date. Your payment is considered made only after it is received by Route Armenia. The booking deposit is part of your final payment. The final payment must be received by us not less than three weeks (21 days) before your arrival in Armenia. If the tour deposit and the final payment are not received by Route Armenia by the due dates, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. By paying the tour deposit you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
7.3 Cancellation Policies
No cancellation fees are applied if a written cancellation is received by Route Armenia more than 45 days prior to commencement of services. In such case, your deposit will still be retained.
The following cancellation fees per person apply:
- 25% of the total price if the cancellation is received 21 days prior to commencement of services;
- 50% of the total price if the cancellation is received 14 days prior to commencement of services;
- 100% of the total price if the cancellation is received on the day of your departure to Armenia or later.
Please note that cancellation fees may also apply to any additional services booked prior to, during and after the tour.
7.4 Price Guarantee
All tour prices are provided based on rates (including foreign exchange rates) known at the time of publishing. Prices are subject to increase without notice if such rates change. The current price will be confirmed at the time of booking. However, once Route Armenia has received your deposit for any tour listed, that price is guaranteed, and any subsequent cost increases are at our expense, not including surcharges and any government tax increases.
8. Additional Terms
Route Armenia cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, accidents, sickness or schedule changes caused by weather or road conditions, natural catastrophes, strikes, protests, or any other irregularities that are beyond the control of Route Armenia.
Certain facilities such as sites of interest, museums and restaurants may be limited or not available during local or national holidays. In such case, alternative options will be offered whenever possible.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Armenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Website, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Website.
